When will my order arrive?
UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days once shipped. You’ll receive tracking info by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping times vary depending on location, usually 7–14 working days. Any customs/import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at support@lostinlimbo.co.uk before sending anything back.

Can I exchange sizes?
Yes, exchanges are possible if stock is available. If your size is sold out, you’ll be offered store credit or a refund instead.

What if my item is faulty?
If something arrives damaged or not as described, email us straight away at support@lostinlimbo.co.uk with your order number and pictures. We’ll sort it quickly.

How do the clothes fit?
Our pieces are made true to size with a slightly oversized fit on select items (check individual product descriptions for details). If in doubt, size up for a looser look.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, it may already be processing.

• Iron inside out on low heat if needed

• For embroidered or printed pieces, avoid ironing directly over designs
